Job Description

As a PI Questionnaire Clerk, you will guide clients through the intake process, gather essential case information, manage documents, and ensure accurate data entry. You will support attorneys and case managers by maintaining clear records, facilitating smooth case movement, and delivering compassionate, professional service.

Shift: Shifting (Day: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM | Night: 2:00 PM–12:00 AM)
Work setup: Onsite, Calle 97A Bogotá, Connecta 26, Colombia

The Qualifications We Seek

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Required
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow scripts and templates
• Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive client information
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software (preferred)
• Customer service or administrative experience (preferred)
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed

Your Daily Tasks

• Contact clients via phone to conduct case intake and follow-up
• Welcome clients with a scripted introduction
• Ask case-related questions from a templated questionnaire
• Request and collect supporting materials such as photos or reports
• Upload documents into the case management system accurately
• Maintain a professional and empathetic tone during client interactions
• Ensure all collected information is complete and accurately recorded
• Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and administrative staff
• Adhere to firm confidentiality policies and guidelines
